Vegetable Burgers
Ingredients
- 1/2 of a (24 oz) bag B’gan capri blend
- 1/2 of a (24 oz) bag B’gan California blend
- 2 packets matzah ball mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch or red pepper flakes
Directions
In a food processor combine all ingredients. Blend until fully combined. Form patties from the mixture.
Heat oil in a large pan. Lightly fry to patties until brown and crispy on the outside (approximately 4 minutes per side)
Serve with some cheese over it, on a burger bun.
