Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a (24 oz) bag B’gan capri blend
  • 1/2 of a (24 oz) bag B’gan California blend
  • 2 packets matzah ball mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 heaping tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch or red pepper flakes

Directions

In a food processor combine all ingredients. Blend until fully combined. Form patties from the mixture.
Heat oil in a large pan. Lightly fry to patties until brown and crispy on the outside (approximately 4 minutes per side)
Serve with some cheese over it, on a burger bun.
