Tuna Tostones

Ingredients
- 1 fresh tuna steak
- Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 package Tostones – Fried Green Plantains
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- Salt
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- White and black sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
Cube the tuna and marinate with teriyaki sauce and 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice in a Ziploc bag, then refrigerate. Meanwhile, fry tostones until golden. Make the guacamole by mashing the avocados and adding lime juice, salt, diced red onion and tomatoes. Smear on top of each tostone. Dip tuna cubes into sesame seeds. Sauté for a minute on each side until thoroughly cooked on the outside and rare in the center. Top each tostone with a cube of tuna. Finish up with a Crema drizzle: Mix the sour cream and whipping cream in squeeze bottle and drizzle over the top for added flavor.
