Microwave
Put thin layer of sauce in microwavable dish. Add single layer of tortellini and top with thin layer of sauce. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Cooking
Ladle ½" of sauce into a skillet and bring to a slight boil. Reduce to medium heat and place a single layer of tortellini in the sauce. Cover and stir no less than once per minute to prevent tortellini from sticking to the skillet. Cook for approximately 4 minutes, then carefully transfer to dish. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
