Tri-Color Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tri-Color Peppers
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 3 cubes Crushed Garlic
  • 1 carrot peeled lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • leftover chicken cut into strips.

Directions

Allow the B'gan Tri-color Peppers to defrost, 4-6 hours.

Heat olive oil in a wok; sauté the B'gan Crushed Garlic Cubes and add the B'gan Diced Onion until translucent.

Add in the zucchini, pepper, and carrot strips and season with salt.

Add in the chicken strips.

Sprinkle in the oregano, thyme, and red chili flakes and sauté for another minute.
