Tostones Caramel Shells

Ingredients
- 12 large wonton wrappers or dessert shells
- 12 Tostones – Fried Green Plantains
- Kiwi, diced
- Mango, diced
- Strawberries, diced
- Parve white chocolate drizzle
- Parve caramel drizzle
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Fry B'gan Tostone in oil until golden brown.
An oil thermometer will help ensure the oil does not get too hot, which will burn the tostones. Remove from oil and set on a cooling rack set on top of paper towels.
In the oil, fry the wonton wrappers. Place the wontons in the oil and keep them folded in a taco shape using tongs. Flip them over, and make sure they're lightly brown. Remove from heat and place on cooling rack.
To assemble, cut B'gan Tostones once or twice and place in a wrapper or dessert shell; add diced fruit, and drizzle with caramel and white chocolate sauces.
