Sticky Asian Breaded Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 package Breaded Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cube Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon water + 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

Bake Breaded Cauliflower at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Meanwhile, add all ingredients to small saucepan, setting aside the 1 tablespoon water + 2 teaspoons cornstarch for later. Bring sauce to a low boil while stirring constantly. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch completely in water, then add to mixture. Stir until sauce reboils and cook until thickened. Drizzle sauce over cauliflower. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
