Spinach Garlic White Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
- 16 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 teaspoons more for brushing
- 2 cups whole or part-skim ricotta cheese
- 6 cubes Chopped Basil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 bag Chopped Spinach
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Drizzle a baking sheet with a little olive oil and place the B'gan Gluten-Free pizza crusts on top. Parbake for 4 minutes.
Add 16 B'gan Crushed Garlic Cubes to a small bowl and mix with a fork. Add the ricotta, olive oil, B'gan Basil Cubes, honey, oregano, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Thaw and squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture. Top the crustS with tablespoon dollops of the ricotta mixture and spinach. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tops.
Bake until the crust is crisp and golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling, 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
