Spicy Grilled Yuca Fries

Ingredients
- 1 package Yuca (Cassava) Steak Cut
- Oil
- Spicy fries seasoning
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce or any preferred sauce
- 1/4 cup Tomato Ketchup
Directions
Fill a medium saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil. Add Yuca Fries and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, combine the chili sauce and Tomato Ketchup in a bowl, as a dipping sauce. Once the Yuca Fries have cooled, brush with oil and sprinkle with the spicy fry seasoning. Place on a well-oiled grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
Serve immediately, accompanied by the dipping sauce.
