Roasted Cauliflower with Facon Bits

Ingredients

  • 1 package beef fry
  • 1 (24 oz) bag Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Olive oil

  • Garlic Aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Stir until smooth

Directions

Season beef fry with salt and pepper. Fry until crisp and golden set aside. Chop when cooled.
Toss all remaining ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and bake on 400° for about 45 minutes. Until crisp yet tender. Toss with Facon Bits and place on serving platter.
