Refreshing Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 package Butternut Squash
- 2 frozen bananas
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 2 ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon milled flax seeds, optional
- Pinch of coarse salt if you're feeling adventurous
Directions
Steam the B'gan Butternut Squash until tender and cooled. Blend it with remaining ingredients until smooth. Note: The butternut squash takes the longest to prepare. Make it in advance for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
