Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Quick Rolled Oats
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and maple syrup until well combined. Stir in B'gan Quick Rolled Oats, chia seeds and spices. Divide the overnight oats mixture into two separate jars and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

Garnish with coconut flakes and toasted nuts and seeds for added crunch.
