Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Salad
- 2 boxes defrosted Pre-Cooked Tri Color Tortellini
- 1 pint heirloom tomatoes halved
- Handful of baby arugula
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup veggie stix
- or crushed vegetable chips
- Dressing
- 4-5 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Basil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Crushed Garlic
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Directions
Combine salad ingredients. Whisk together all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
