Loaded Pastrami Yuca

Ingredients
- 1 package Yuca (Cassava) Steak Cut
- 12 ounces pastrami, sliced
- 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
- Seasoned salt
- Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Sauté onions in oil on medium heat until golden.
Place B'gan Yuca on a large baking sheet and coat well with Canola Oil Spray. Assemble pastrami slices and sautéed onions on top and sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt. Broil on high for 10 minutes.
Rotate the Yuca and broil for another ten minutes.
