Broiled Herbed Fish

Ingredients
- 8 cubes Chopped Dill
- 3 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 pieces sea bass
- Kosher salt
Directions
Preheat oven to broil. In a small bowl, place B'gan Dill and Garlic cubes to defrost. Add olive oil and mix to create a paste. In a heavy saucepan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with kosher salt and place in pan skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Flip fish over and cook for additional 5 minutes, until fish is opaque and top is slightly. Remove from pan. Smear paste over top of the fish and broil for 1-2 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
