Herb-Infused Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 3 cubes Chopped Dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes in half and peel if desired. Toss them together with the B'gan Garlic and Dill Cubes, oil, salt and pepper. Line dressed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the edges have browned and potatoes are tender when poked with a fork. Tips for crispy potatoes: Place potatoes with ample space around them. About halfway through baking, gently flip potatoes so that both sides get equally crisped.
