Green Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- cored and sliced
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup cauliflower or Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes as desired
Directions
Toss the sliced green apple, banana, frozen cauliflower or broccoli florets, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey into a blender.
Add ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
