Garlic Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1 package Butternut Squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cubes Crushed Garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Steam theB'gan Butternut Squash until tender and cooled. Toss with olive oil and defrosted B'gan Garlic Cubes in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and arrange on a baking sheet.
Roast in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
