Garlic Dill Tostones with Skirt Steak


Ingredients
- 1 package Tostones – Fried Green Plantains
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 cube Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pound skirt steak
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Garlic Dill Tostones with Skirt Steak
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cube Crushed Garlic
Directions
Fry B'gan Tostones as instructed on the package. Next, whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, brown sugar, B'gan Garlic Cube and cumin in a small bowl. Place steak in a large re-sealable plastic bag and pour in marinade. Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and let marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight. Grill steak over high heat for 4 minutes on each side until deeply browned. Place on cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine remaining ingredients for the dill sauce and mix until creamy. To assemble: Spread dill sauce onto each Tostone. Top each with skirt steak and serve immediately.
