Crushed Garlic Parmesan Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
- Canola Oil Cooking Spray
- 3 cups Sugar Snap Peas
- 3 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cubes Chopped Parsley
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease a baking sheet with B'gan cooking spray or line it with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine B'gan Sugar Snap Peas and B'gan Crushed Garlic Cubes in a mixing bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl mix together panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, B'gan Parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the panko mixture to the sugar snap peas and toss to combine.
Arrange in the previously prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy.
