Crispy Coated French Fries

We could only think of one way to enhance our already perfectly crispy French Fries. That's how the B’gan Crispy Coated French Fry was born.

Deep Frying

Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F. Place frozen fries in deep fryer. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Shake fries in fryer basket to remove excess oil. Season to taste and serve immediately.

Frying

Fill frying pan quarter way with vegetable oil at medium to high heat. Place frozen fries in pan in single layer and cook 4 to 6 minutes. Turn fries frequently to prevent burning. Remove fries and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Season to taste and serve immediately.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread single layer of frozen fries on baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Rotate fries midway. For extra crisp, heat under broiler for additional 1-2 minutes. Season to taste and serve immediately.

Toaster Oven

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning fries halfway through cooking time. Season to taste and serve immediately.

Microwave

Not recommended for microwave cooking.
