Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 2 packages Cauliflower Florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package Diced Onions
- 5 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly-cracked black pepper
Directions
Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add B'gan Diced Onions and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions become soft and translucent. Stir in B'gan Garlic Cubes and continue to sauté for 1-2 more minutes, until fragrant. Add B'gan Cauliflower Florets and vegetable stock, then stir to combine. Continue cooking until mixture reaches a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Allow to simmer for 20-25 minutes, until cauliflower is tender. Using an immersion blender, puree soup until smooth and creamy. Stir in milk and Parmesan cheese, and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Top with garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
