Corned Beef Potato Puffs Skewers

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, and place a metal rack inside a large baking pan.

Microwave the frozen B'gan Potato Puffs for 1 minute. On a skewer, pierce one end of a strip of corned beef, (if beef is thick slice in half). Pierce and place a potato puff top on top of the corned beef, then pierce the same corned beef again (to top the potato puff) to form a weave. Repeat with two to three more tater tots, depending on the size of your skewers. Repeat to finish the rest of the corned beef and potato puffs. Brush with oil cube mixture.

Place on a wire rack and roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until corned beef is crispy and puffs are golden.
