Cauliflower Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 3-4 ripe and speckled bananas peeled sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

In a blender, combine the B'gan Frozen Cauliflower Florets,
sliced bananas, unsweetened almond milk, 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1/2-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to taste, and blend on high until smooth. Add the milk sparingly to maintain a thick, creamy texture. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with your favorite chopped nuts and shredded coconut toppings.
