Broccoli Tartlets

Ingredients
- 1 package Broccoli Florets
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1/3 cup Non-dairy Coffee Creamer
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1 9-inch pie crust or 6 mini pie crusts
- Several pieces whole Long Stem Broccoli Florets
- Cornflake crumbs, optional
Directions
Cook B'gan Broccoli until soft. Drain well and mash. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, in a small pot, bring margarine, flour, B'gan Coffee Creamer to a boil over medium heat. Add the water. Combine with mashed broccoli, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly-greased 9-inch round pie crust or mini pie crusts - your choice. Top with whole broccoli florets. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs if desired. Bake for 1 hour.
