Broccoli & Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces bow-tie pasta
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large chicken breast, approximately 3/4 pound
- 6 cubes Chopped Basil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 ounces parve cream cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and continue to boil until pasta is tender, at approximately 7-10 minutes. Once pasta is tender, add B'gan Broccoli Florets to the water with pasta and continue to cook for 60 seconds. Drain pasta and broccoli in a colander. While pasta is cooking, thinly slice the chicken breast. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced chicken breast, and sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Add B'gan Basil Cubes and chicken broth. Stir to combine and allow it to come to a simmer. Put in the parve cream cheese in chunks and whisk it into the hot liquid until a smooth sauce forms. Add drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet and stir to coat in the cream sauce.
