B’gan Baby Lima Beans are an excellent source of molybdenum, dietary fiber, copper, and manganese. Sometimes called "butter beans" because of their buttery texture, Lima Beans have a delicate flavor that complements a broad range of dishes.
Cooking
Cold soak: Cover beans with at least two inches of water and let stand overnight. Discard water before cooking. Hot Soak (1-6 hours depending on density of beans): Cover beans with water in large pot. Bring to boil. Remove from heat after 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for at least 1 hour, preferably longer. Rinse with cold water and prepare as desired.
