Asian Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 bag Peas and Carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil-plus more for finishing
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 2 Crushed Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce-plus more for finishing
- 3 eggs
- 5 cups cooked rice
Sauté peas n carrot in olive and sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic cubes.
Add Worcestershire and soy sauces.
When soft and cooked through, move to corner of pan.
Whisk eggs and add to pan. Scramble until soft and fluffy and combine with peas and carrots mixture.
Add cooked rice and fry until rice is golden and a little crispy.
Remove from heat and finish with sesame oil and soy sauce.
