Crispy Coated Sweet Potato Fries
Deep Frying
Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes, to obtain desired color and crispness.
Conventional Oven
Place frozen fries in a single layer on baking sheet. Cook on middle rack of a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes to desired crispness, turning over halfway.
Toaster Oven
Preheat convection oven to 425 degrees F. Bake on tray in single layer for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until reaches desired crispness.
Microwave
Not recommended for microwave cooking.
