Creamy Broccoli Chick Pea Soup

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 package Diced Onions
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cubes Crushed Garlic
- 2 packages cooked Chick Peas (Garbanzos)
- 2 packages Chopped Broccoli
- 6 cups water, divided
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- Freshly-ground pepper
Directions
Add oil to a large pot on medium-high heat. Put in B'gan Diced Onions and sauté onions for about three minutes. Lower heat and add celery and garlic, then sauté for another five minutes. Add cooked chick peas and B'gan Chopped Broccoli and sauté for an additional five minutes. Stir in 6 cups of water, salt, and pepper and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, covered. Blend soup with an immersion blender for 3 minutes.
