Frying

Flatten small pieces of dough with rolling pin, and fill as desired. Close well. Fry in pre-heated oil (360° F / 180° C) until golden brown. Frying time should be determined according to the size of the filled dough pieces.

Conventional Oven

FOR BREAD:
Knead dough and shape a loaf of bread. Cover and let rise for 4 hours. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 360° F / 180° C for 17-20 minutes.
FOR PIZZA / FOCCACIA:
Knead dough and shape as desired. For a thin pizza cover and let rise for 1 hour. For a thicker pizza cover and let rise for 2 hours. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 430° F / 220° C for approximately 7 minutes.
