Pastrami Wrapped Eggplant Sticks

1 package Breaded Eggplant Sticks
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 pounds sliced pastrami

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Brush both ends of pastrami with barbecue sauce, then wrap each B'gan Breaded Eggplant Stick with a slice of barbecue pastrami. Place wrapped eggplant stick on a lightly-greased baking sheet, and brush each stick once more time with barbecue sauce.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until slightly crispy. Do not overbake.
